Until we meet again…

We know it’s been a minute since you’ve heard from us and we’ll try to keep this as un-mushy as possible, As of now, Zombie Fight is going on an indefinite hiatus. As Zombie Fight we’ve seem to just have run out of steam and have decided to let it rest for now. This wasn’t an easy decision to get to but for now it’s for the best, in an effort to preserve the true spirit of Zombie Fight.

Please know that over the last 4+ years, it’s been an amazing journey for us, and we just want to thank everyone and anyone who gave us the time of day to listen, watch, or just talk to us. We got to play with some amazing bands over this time, and even more importantly meet some incredible people. Thanks to every person (promoter, podcast, radio show, webzine, bartender, bouncer, friend) who helped make this band mean something more than we could ever imagine.

We’ve been lucky to be accepted in to this scene with a bunch of other folks we respect and that have influenced us, and we hope Zombie Fight has left some impression on others, not only who’ve been doing it for the long haul, but those who have just discovered it for the first time.

Be on the lookout for new projects from some of us in the near future, and we’ll continue to update you on those as well as other bands and shows we think you should be checking out (or try our best to at least).

Finally, to say we’re “breaking up” might be a bit premature, and as of now, we’re not going to do a “last show”, but hopefully somewhere down the line we’ll be able to get some friends together and cause there will always be a chance that if if it’s meant to be, ZF will come back to do something.

So for now, this isn’t a goodbye as much as a see you later, cause as you know…

We’re Not Dead Yet.

Till the next time,

Zombie Fight – NYC
